Rai has a friend, his name is Panda. They have a lot of fun together. But Panda has a problem. Panda can't stop touching... Everything! Rai needs to come up with a plan. This kamishibai (Japanese paper play) story is a co-production of Kiwanis Club Of Aruba and the Respeta Mi Foundation to promote and support comprehensive sex education in all local schools on the island at an earliest age possible.
